2. How to order


2.1 Online order through the website www.rainbowwaters.gr:

  • Add the Products you are interested in to the cart.
  • Once you add a Product, then you have the option to continue adding other Products, remove a Product or complete your order.
  • When completing the order, you are asked to enter the e-mail and password, if you are a registered user of the online store (e-shop), otherwise you will have to create a new user account at that time.
  • When creating a new user account, enter all the necessary customer information. By creating a personal user account you can then access your order history. You can change your password or personal information at any time.
  • Select the payment method of the order and fill in the address where you want the order to be sent.
  • Click "continue" to finalize the order.
  • At the end click "complete order".

After completing the above process, your order is registered in the online store system (e-shop). After that, you will receive the code of your order, as well as an email confirming your order. Once the order has been placed for shipment, you will receive a new e-mail with the delivery details.

Products can be ordered through the online store (e-shop) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.2 Order by phone / fax:

You can order products by phone at 210 8000488 & 801 11 34 34 34 at no extra charge, during the following days and hours: Monday-Friday 08:30 - 16:30 or send your order by fax to 210 8003362.

It is noted that for ordering Products, either through the online store (e-shop) or by phone or fax, the purchase of a minimum quantity or value of Products is not required.

2.3 All orders are subject to stock availability restrictions. RAINBOW WATERS will inform the customer as soon as possible by phone call or sending an email about any lack of availability of the Products.

3. Shipping methods and costs


3.1 Product Shipments are made only in Greece.

3.2 Delivery of the Products you have ordered is made by a cooperating courier company (courier) to the address you have stated in your order, the next working day, if the order is made by 13:00 and within two (2) working days, if the order placed after 13:00. RAINBOW WATERS will inform you in a timely manner (by phone, e-mail and / or sms about the delivery date) in case for a special reason or due to force majeure it is not possible to meet the above delivery deadlines.

3.3 Shipping costs are adjusted depending on the shipping area and the amount of the order as follows:

Shipping costs for all of Mainland Greece:

ORDERS UNDER 65,00 €: Shipping costs = 4,50 €

ORDERS OVER 65,00 €: Shipping costs = 2 €

Shipping costs for Island * Greece:

ORDERS UNDER 65,00 €: Shipping costs = 8,50 €

ORDERS OVER 65,00 €: Shipping costs = 4 €

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the prices of the Products listed next to each Product in the online store (e-shop). In case the payment is made by cash on delivery, additional cash on delivery costs of € 2.50 are borne by the customer, regardless of the amount of the order.

3.4 Delivery of the Products by the cooperating courier company (courier) takes place, after contact with the customer, during the following days and hours: Monday - Friday 08: 00-17: 00

3.5 Ownership of the Products and the risk of their loss or damage is transferred: to you from the moment of their delivery.

3.6 If you wish to have the Products shipped in a way other than that provided by these terms, you should consult with RAINBOW WATERS and, if your request is possible, there is a case of additional costs that will be charged to you.

4. Possibility to modify / cancel the order

You have the possibility to modify or cancel your order before the execution of the order and always after consultation with RAINBOW WATERS by phone or electronically.

5. Product return policy

5.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you purchased through the E-shop of RAINBOW WATERS within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products. The return of the products is carried out under the following conditions:

  • You must state to RAINBOW WATERS in writing and clearly your wish to return the products, sending an email to info@rainbowwaters.gr After receiving your request RAINBOW WATERS will send you in writing via e-mail confirmation.
  • You must return the Product or Products received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase unused, in their original condition and packaging, along with the forms, any accessories and accompanying documents. Shipping costs for the return of the Products in case of withdrawal are borne exclusively by you.
  • At the same time, RAINBOW WATERS will return the paid, for the returned Products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it was informed about your withdrawal, since RAINBOW WATERS has received the Products. The refund of the above amount will be made by deposit in your bank account.

Damaged or defective products are non-refundable

Under no circumstances should Products which by their nature are perishable or can be altered or have an expiration date be withdrawn, or Products which are not suitable for return for health reasons or for hygiene reasons (sealed or not).

5.2 Return and replacement of defective or non-defective Products

In case a defect is found in a Product, please inform RAINBOW WATERS within thirty (30) days of receipt, by sending an e-mail to info@rainbowwaters.gr or by phone to 210 8000488. In this In this case, after contacting RAINBOW WATERS, the customer is required to return the defective Product to RAINBOW WATERS, together with all the documents and documents that accompanied the Product and its complete packaging, in order to establish the alleged defect of the Product. In all cases in which Products other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity, the customer returns the Products for checking and finding the error. In this case the return costs of the Products are borne by RAINBOW WATERS as long as the return method proposed by RAINBOW WATERS is observed

6. Product Prices and Payment Methods

6.1 The prices of the products of the online store (e-shop) are listed on the website of RAINBOW WATERS and include the corresponding VAT. The prices of the products listed in the online store (e-shop) do not include shipping costs.

6.2 The consumer must pay the current prices of the Products, which are valid at the time of the order.

6.3 RAINBOW WATERS reserves the right to change the prices of the Products without notice.

6.4 Payment is made before or upon delivery of the Products and can be made in one of the following ways:

 RAINBOW WATERS reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card, its credit limit in relation to the value of the order and whether its address customer is correct. RAINBOW WATERS may refuse to place an order taking into account the result of the above checks.

  • Cash on delivery.

    If you choose cash on delivery, then you will have to pay the price and shipping costs upon receipt of the Products to the employee of the cooperating courier company.

  • By deposit in a bank account of RAINBOW WATERS.

    If you choose to deposit in a bank account, then you will have to discount your order by depositing the amount from any bank in the following accounts:

It is noted that when the deposit is made by own bank there is no commission from the bank. When the deposit is made by any other bank (Greek or foreign), any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case RAINBOW WATERS.

The process of processing your order request and sending it will take place only after the deposit is sent to RAINBOW WATERS (via e-mail) and the deposit is confirmed by RAINBOW WATERS.

6.5 Payment by postdated checks is not accepted in any case.
